The Villa is situated very quiet in a beautiful green surrounding and is only 150 m from the Valtos Beach away, which is reachable over a footpath and is a sandy/pebble beach, especially nice for children. There are lots of water sport possibilities. Taverns and Cafes are along the beach, the closest tavern is approx. 60 m away and a Mini market 150 m (in the Valtos Camping). To Parga town it is a 20 minutes walk on a path along the beach partly over steps, or you can take a water taxi. On the road it is 2 km to Parga town. The villa: The 1-storey-building was built 1989 and there are 6 studios, parking directly in front of the house. The owners are very friendly and caring. The studios: for 2 - 4 persons; the studios are spacious and have a bed room, the kitchen is separate and fully equipped, shower/toilette or terrace (with roof). The rooms have single beds, additional 2 foldable beds (either wooden bed or couch bed) can be provided. Towels, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided. Daily cleaning; change of bed linen 2x a week. No further expenses!
