Situated on a wonderful slope with view of the town beach Krioneri and the town of Parga. To both beaches Krioneri and Piso Krioneri as well as the harbour promenade it is a 5 min. walk. The villa: This 1-storey holiday accommodation was built 1994 and consists of 10 rooms. On the ground floor is a breakfast bar for shared use. In the flower garden is a garden furniture set, parking possibilities on the property. 2004 studios were built in the attic. The rooms: Friendly furnished with shower/toilette, air condition, fridge, balcony with sea view (8 rooms with sea view, 2 room with view of the olive grove. The rooms are supplied with single beds (additional beds = foldable beds). Daily cleaning; change of bed linen twice a week. Towels are provided. No additional expenses.
