This accommodation is situated in a quiet olive grove, approx. 800 m before Parga and the closest beach, partly you can see the Ionian Sea.

The accommodation: It consists of three 1-storey-buildings built in 2005, there are 3 maisonettes, 2 studios and 1 apartment. The owner lives there as well. Parking lots available.

Maisonettes: Every maisonette is made for 4-5 persons, they are supplied with a kitchen living area (here are the additional beds), toilette/wash-basin, one other bed room on the upper floor with shower/toilette. On every floor satellite-TV, air condition, balcony.

Studio: Every studio is for 2-3 persons, in the spacious bed room you find a kitchenette, satellite-TV, air condition, balcony; shower/toilette.

Apartment: The apartment has a bed room, living area with kitchenette (additional beds will be built up here), shower/toilette, satellite-TV, air condition, balcony - available up to 4 persons.

Cleaning, bed linen and towel change: twice a week. No additional expenses.
